There is rapid change in many aspects of human activities, often taken together as indicative of a shift into a “Knowledge Era”. We are in the knowledge era which has brought so much change in all strata of the society.

Such changes have stimulated much discussion about the role and processes of education, and about the role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in teaching and learning. There have been so much educational changes and strategies to meet the demands of the 21st Century.

As Information and Communication Technology (ICT) becomes more widely used in schools, attention is being focused on how ICT can be used to reach out to the outside world.

With this, Yaba College of Technology Secondary School has offered this opportunity by creating school website as part of our effort to improve our services to Stakeholders. This will serve as a catalyst transformation of the general educational environment as a whole.

Also, this will bring our stakeholders together in one close loop – Parents, Teachers and Administrators. One good thing is that each stakeholder will be duly notified of his or her responsibility. It then becomes easier to manage education. Our school will be able to provide individual or personalized service to her students, teachers and all and sundry.
